Shipping policy

Our pedals qualify under CUSMA and are shipped with the required documentation to help ensure smooth customs clearance.
Even if U.S. Customs incorrectly applies additional fees, we take care of them so you don’t have to.
We cover any tariffs, taxes, and shipping costs for U.S. customers.
Please note: this applies only to our pedals. Accessories such as T-shirts do not qualify under CUSMA and are subject to a 35% U.S. import tariff.
This policy may change in the future as import rules evolve, but for now you can order with confidence knowing there are no surprise costs at delivery.

• Customers outside Canada & the U.S. are responsible for any duties, taxes, tariffs, or brokerage fees charged by their country.

• These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.

• If a package is refused due to unpaid import fees, the order may not be eligible for a refund.

• All orders ship from Canada.

• Shipping times vary based on the destination and selected shipping method.

• Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.
